Some of you may have noticed that late on Friday afternoon we pushed an update to all ReviewSpace accounts. This is the start of a list full of improvements, tweaks and new features we intend to implement over the coming weeks.
Improved Lists
First on the hit list was the To-do Lists feature in projects. We’re trying to keep ReviewSpace simple, but in the case of lists they were a bit too simple, we felt they were crying out for an update, and this is it (for now).
A quick tour of lists
From the Lists tab in a project, click the plus icon to create a new list. Here you can enter a title and up to 5 items (you can add as many items as you like once your list is created).
Once in the list you’ll notice the layout has been improved to make better use of the space.
Got an item you don’t want? Just hover over it to reveal the delete button, click, confirm and it’s gone.
Had a change of priorities? Click a list item and drag it up or down the list, drop the item in its new place and you’re done.
Completed some tasks? Check them off and they’ll fade into the background so you can focus on the things left to do.
We hope you’ll agree that this update makes lists more useful, but it’s not the end. We’ve already had some additional requests for To-do List improvements, and we’d love to hear what else you want from them. We’d also love to hear your feedback, ideas and requests for ReviewSpace as a whole, you can tweet us, leave a comment here or click the feedback link in ReviewSpace.

ReviewSpace is built by those lovely people over at Gas Street Works. They also make websites and produce compelling video for the public and private sector.
We use Get Satisfaction for our feedback and customer support. You can also send us a message on Twitter or drop us an email. We really don't mind which method you choose as long as we can help.
Still not sure how ReviewSpace could work for you? No problem - just get in contact with us and we'll arrange a meeting to discuss your exact needs. We can even custom build features that we don't currently have.
